OFFICIAL RULES OF THE APM MONACO CONTEST

Article 1 – Organization

The company APM Monaco (hereinafter “the Organizer”) is hosting a free contest with no purchase necessary (hereinafter “the Contest”).
These Official Rules define the terms and conditions governing participation in the Contest.

Article 2 – Acceptance of the Rules

Participation in the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules.
The Rules are available on the Contest website and may be provided free of charge upon request.

Article 3 – Conditions of Participation

3.1. The Contest is open to any natural person who is of legal age and capacity and who has a valid e-mail address.

Article 4 – How to Enter

4.1. To participate, entrants must:

visit the Air Stream “APM 🧡 YOU”,
scan the dedicated QR code displayed on site,
complete the online registration form with accurate personal information,
validate their registration.

4.2. Only one entry per person per day is permitted.
4.3. Any incomplete, illegible, incorrect, or late entry will be considered invalid.

Article 5 – Participating Cities and Contest Duration

Daily draws are held in each participating city, as listed on the Contest platform.
The Contest begins on the date indicated online and ends on the closing date published on the same website.

Article 6 – Draws

6.1. One draw is conducted daily in each participating city.
6.2. Only one winner is selected per city per day.
6.3. Draws are carried out by the Organizer or by a designated third party, in accordance with the principles of randomness and fairness.

Article 7 – Winner Selection and Notification

7.1. The winner is notified by e-mail within 1 business day following their participation.
7.2. The e-mail contains a unique code allowing the winner to claim the prize (Article 8).
7.3. The winner has 7 days to acknowledge receipt of the message. After this period, the prize may be awarded to an alternate, without any liability to the Organizer.

Article 8 – Prize

8.1. The prize consists of a gift code with a face value of €500, equivalent to an APM Monaco Gift Card.
8.2. Conditions of use:

valid exclusively in participating APM Monaco boutiques;
not valid for online purchases;
non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-refundable;
valid until 31 December 2025 inclusive;
no extension, conversion, or compensation may be requested.

8.3. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity prior to awarding the prize.

Article 9 – Liability

9.1. The Organizer shall not be held liable in the event of:

any error or omission attributable to the entrant during registration;
malfunction of the QR code, IT systems, or website;
loss, theft, destruction, or fraudulent use of the gift code;
disruption caused by a force majeure event as defined by law.

9.2. The Organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, shorten, or cancel the Contest if circumstances require, without incurring any liability.

Article 10 – Personal Data

10.1. The data collected are processed by the Organizer as data controller, in accordance with the GDPR and applicable laws.
10.2. They are required to manage participation and award prizes.
10.3. Entrants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction, erasure, and portability by contacting: [e-mail or DPO contact].
10.4. Data will be retained only for the period strictly necessary for the management of the Contest.

Article 11 – Claims and Disputes

Any claim relating to the Contest must be submitted in writing to the Organizer within 30 days following the end of the Contest.
These Rules are governed by the law applicable in the country where the participating boutique is located.
In the event of a dispute and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts in accordance with applicable procedural rules.

Article 12 – Access to the Rules

These Official Rules may be:

sent free of charge to any person who submits a written request to the Organizer.
