In case you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 15 min. After those 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee the cancellation of your order.
It can happen that a product is out of stock. If you cannot find the product you are looking for on our website, you can reach us through our live chat and one of our Dedicated Advisors will assist you in the process.
All items are shipped in APM Monaco signature packaging.
Yes, the APM outer packaging is biodegradable.
Product Informations
APM Monaco products available for purchase online include necklaces, rings, bracelets, earrings, anklets, tote bags, pouches and jewelry boxes.
There are different types of earrings:
- The single or mono earring: it is sold as 1 unit et doesn't come as a pair. If you want to create a pair, order this earring in 2 quantities or mix it with another APM mono earring.
- The ear cuff or sliding earring: it does not require your ear to be pierced, you can adjust it on your ear.
- The asymmetric earrings: the 2 earrings creating the pair don't have the same design.
- The hoop earring: these earrings are in a hoop design
- The ear jacket earring: it is composed by 2 parts. The underlobe part can be placed behind your lobe while being visible, or it can be removed to wear the other part alone, as a stud.
Our products are made of 925 silver. Some of our products are made with APM Alloy, which is made of 95% recycled raw material and 18K rose gold or yellow gold plated (3 microns). It is anti-tarnishing and anti-allergenic.
Stones used are zirconia, spinel, synthetic ruby, amethyst, tourmaline, apatite, nacre and fresh water pearls. Components vary from one product to another.
None of our products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials.
Our company is ISO 9001-2000 certified.
Our jewels are carefully handcrafted by our experienced teams in our own factories.
All of our stones are hand-set using high jewelry techniques.
The surface treatments used allow our jewels to be guaranteed for 2 years whatever their use is.
However, shocks, abrasive products and inappropriate use can alter the quality of the jewel faster.

Gold and diamond
Lab-Grown diamonds, also known as synthetic diamonds, are diamonds produced in a controlled laboratory environment rather than being mined from the earth. These diamonds are created using advanced techniques that simulate the natural process of diamond formation. They possess the same chemical, physical, and optical properties as natural diamonds. They represent an ethical and sustainable alternative to traditionally mined diamonds.
Yes, lab-grown diamonds offer quality and clarity like natural diamonds. They are subject to strict standards of quality and purity, ensuring remarkable beauty and brilliance. It's important to note that lab-grown and natural diamonds are certified by the same laboratories according to the same criteria, ensuring equivalent quality and authenticity.
Lab-grown diamonds are extremely durable, just like natural diamonds. Their chemical composition and crystalline structure make them resistant to scratches and everyday wear, ensuring long-term beauty.
Choosing lab-grown diamonds helps reduce the environmental impact of mining, which can be destructive to ecosystems. Additionally, lab-grown manufacturing requires less energy and water than mining, making it a more sustainable option.
Lab-grown diamonds are physically identical to naturally formed diamonds, and both types of diamonds exhibit very similar optical characteristics.
Lab-grown diamonds are made through a synthesis process that replicates the natural conditions of diamond formation but in a controlled laboratory environment.
The "4 Cs" are the criteria used to evaluate the quality and value of a diamond. They are as follows:
- Carat: Carat is the unit of weight used for diamonds. One carat equals 0.2 grams. The heavier a diamond, the more valuable it is.
- Clarity: The clarity of a diamond refers to the absence or presence of internal and external inclusions or imperfections. Diamonds without visible inclusions are the rarest and most valuable.
- Color: Diamond color ranges from colorless to yellow or brown. Colorless diamonds are most sought after, while colored diamonds are evaluated based on hue depth.
- Cut: Cut refers to how a diamond is shaped and faceted. A precise and symmetrical cut maximizes the reflection of light, giving the diamond its characteristic sparkle and brilliance. Well-cut diamonds are the most prized.
18-carat gold is an alloy of gold composed of 75% pure gold and 25% other metals such as copper, silver, or palladium. This composition gives 18-carat gold increased strength compared to pure gold while maintaining a beautiful shine and characteristic gold color.
Payments
apm.mc accepts the following types of payment for online purchases: Amex, Visa, Maestro, Union Pay, Mastercard, Paypal, Diners Club,Google Pay,ShopPay, Alma (payment in multiple instalments), and Apple Pay only on mobile.
When selecting PayPal as a method of payment at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal website to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". Once this transaction is complete, you will then be redirected to apm.mc.
Our customers' privacy is of the utmost importance to us.
All submitted personal and payment information are encrypted for your security.
A security code is made of 3 or 4 digits. This code is used to secure sales transactions made online. For American Express credit cards: the 4-digit code is printed on the front of your card, to the right of your main credit card number. For all other credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover…): the 3-digit code is printed on the back of your credit card, in the signature box.
All the prices displayed online on apm.mc are tax inclusive.

The security of the order delivery is one of our priorities.
All APM Monaco online purchases require a signature upon delivery.
All orders are delivered from Monday to Saturday by FedEx or DHL.
If you are unavailable to sign for your package, the messenger will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days.
If you are still unavailable to sign for your package, the package will be temporarily hold at a local FedEx or DHL station near you.
APM Monaco will send you an email including the tracking number when your order is dispatched.
You can use this number to track your order on the website of FedEx (www.fedex.com) or DHL (www.dhl.com).
If you log in online to your APM Monaco Account, you may also follow your delivery by selecting My Account, and click on My Orders.
If you order has not been dispatched yet, we will be able to modify your delivery address.
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify your delivery address.
You will need to contact FedEx or DHL directly in your country.
Please note that FedEx may charge a fee for a change of address within the same country once an order is dispatched.
FedEx will not accept any change of address in a different country.
APM Monaco will not be responsible for any extra shipping charges related to changing your delivery address.
Click and Collect
The Click and Collect service allows you to collect in a boutique an order placed on our website. By choosing this option when finalising your online order, your order will be available within 4 hours and you can be sure not to miss delivery!
Click & Collect is free with no minimum purchase.
If a product is available via Click & Collect, the mention “in-store collection available” appears before the product description, with the nearest store. By clicking on “check availability in other boutiques” you'll find a list of stores where the product is available for collection.
To benefit from the Click & Collect service, simply select the “Pick up in store” option after validating your basket, when choosing your delivery method. Then choose the store where you would like to collect your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirming that it will be prepared in the boutique.
You will then receive an email confirming that your order is ready for pick up in the boutique.
Present your confirmation email at the boutique to collect your order.
Your jewellery will be ready in the boutique within 4 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be subject to an additional delay. An additional 1 working day must be added to the initial lead time for your Click & Collect order to be ready in the selected boutique.
Exchanges & Returns
Returning an item couldn't be easier!
Products purchased on apm.mc may be exchanged or returned online or to one of our APM Monaco boutiques*, up to 30 days from the delivery date.
*For any order placed between Nov 22 - Dec 25, 2024, the exchange and return policy is extended until Jan 31, 2025
We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging and tag. Personalized jewels cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Please note that shipping and bank handling fees from your original order will not be refunded.
Exchange is free of charge. For return, shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Present your confirmation e-mail in the boutique to exchange or return your jewelry. We will accept products unworn, unused and undamaged, and accompanied by the original APM Monaco packaging and tag. Personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product you received is faulty, please complete the exchange or refund request online using the return reason “faulty”. We will issue complimentary exchange or return.
We allow size exchanges as well as exchanges for another product. Once your request has been approved and your return received, we will ship your exchange.
Below are the different refund options:
- Refund according to original payment method
- Refund in the form of a gift card
Shipping instructions will be emailed to you as soon as your request is approved.
Once your returned product has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. The refund request will be processed within 10 business days after reception of the product.

Most of our necklaces have an adjustable length, between 42 cm and 65 cm.

Customized Bangles
Our customized bangles come in 3 sizes: S, M and L. You may refer to the conversion table when you select your size to determine which size is the right one for you.

Warranty & Repairs
We guarantee our jewels 2 years international warranty on every product except accessories. Customers with valid proof of purchase could enjoy our complimentary repair services however the warranty will not cover any mistreatments of the jewels for example; but are not limited to, surface scratches, missing components or any damages resulting from misuse and hence a small repair fee will be occurred.
Color-fading under normal wear and tear on colored items (gold and rose gold) is covered by warranty within one year of purchase.

If your product is not under warranty anymore, we still offer repair services for £18. The out-of-warranty repairs include the repair, the verification of the stones setting, the weld control, the polishing, the surface treatment that will restore your jewel to its original appearance, as well as a new 6-month warranty.

Yes, we offer complimentary cleaning services which are done with an ultrasonic machine. To locate the closest boutique, please visit our store locator. If you don't have any boutique close to you, please contact us.

Gift Card
You can redeem the Gift Card code received by email during the checkout process on apm.mc.
Gift cards can be used as many times as desired until the balance runs out. If you purchase goods in excess of the value of the e-Gift card, you can pay the extra amount using another payment method.
You can only use one gift card per purchase. However, you can combine it with a discount code and other payment methods offered at checkout.
No, the gift card is an E-gift card that can only be used on our website apm.mc.
The Gift Card is valid for 1 year, starting from the date of purchase.
Yes, you can use your gift card more than once provided there is still a balance remaining.
APM Monaco cannot be held responsible for the loss or deletion of your Gift Card’s code.
Jewelry purchased with gift card can be exchanged but not refunded.
