Exchange policy

We offer a one-time exchange within 30 days of purchase, excluding customized products. Additionally, we provide a six-month warranty for quality-related exchanges, applicable to all customers. 2-year warranty

A comprehensive 2-year warranty is provided for purchasing APM Monaco jewelry, it includes free repairs for tarnishing, color fading, missing stones or pearls, defective locks, and deformation. 

If you wish to repair your jewelry, please visit any of our boutiques worldwide. Repairs are typically completed within 2 to 3 weeks under normal circumstances. Once your item has been repaired, we will notify you using the contact information you have provided.

Please note that our 2-year warranty will excludes repairs for scratches, renewal of items, missing components, and any deformation or damage caused by the client. Post-Warranty After 2 Years

Should your piece require attention beyond our standard warranty—such as natural signs of wear including surface scratches—our After Sales Service team will assess its condition with the utmost care. For a bespoke renewal experience, we offer an exclusive restoration service for €20, designed to return your treasured item to its original brilliance and elegance.

Complementary service

We offer a complimentary service for our customers to ensure the longevity of their jewelry, including professional cleaning available at all our boutiques. Due to the naturally malleable nature of silver, earring pins and bracelet closures can bend if not handled with care. If you encounter this issue, we invite you to bring your item to our store, where our team will be delighted to assist you in restoring it to its original condition. Your satisfaction and the quality of our products is our top priorities.
